Q2:What’s your candle’s material?
A:Paraffin wax, soy wax,coconut wax,we can use wax ingredients according to your requirement.
Q3:What fragrance do you have?
A: We can do any scent as your requirements.
Q4: May i know how can i place an order with you?
A: There are two methods: 1) Place order directly in Alibaba, and finish the payment; 2) Contact our seller, and they will guide to place order .
Q5: May i know what payments methods do you have?
A: We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal, Bank Transfer, T/T, Western Union,L/C Etc.
Q6: What is the MOQ for your products?
A: MOQ is 100pcs for each products, but small quantity trial order is available before your official order.
Q7: What shipping methods available?
A: We are working with many different shipping companies, like DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS and so on.We will recommend the best shipping way to you base on your order quantity.
Q8: What is the delivery time?
A:If we have in stocks, normally will ship in 7-10 working days, if some items don’t have in stock, we will contact you,and update you the delivery date.
